GetHuman-398421:I bought a vacuum from Walmart and also bought the protection plan. The people at the registers are untrained on what is*isn't covered. I was told anything is wrong with it bring it back and it will get replaced within * years. My vacuum stopped working only to find out I have to call this *** number who said my vacuum ($***) come with a one year plan that I have to utilize that before they can do anything for me! So I don't understand why I would pay for a better warranty if nothing is covered until after one year. DON'T BUY THIS WARRANTY ITS A JOKE!
