This contractor set up two appointments with my tenant and never showed up. My tenant is a single mom with a child, in Phoenix, AZ where temperatures might soar to ***F. With the weekend coming close and with my tenant with no A*C, I called CCS several times to no avail, just an answering machine. On Friday *** I decided to call on Day & Night to help me with this problem: they responded the same day and fixed the problem: supply an install Univ ***-*** HP **** RPM ***V Condenser Motor and replaced * MFD ***V Oval Run Capacitor, and charged me $***.**.*My issue now is that I want AHS to take responsibility for the lack of performance of their contractors, re-imburse me of $***.** and $***.** and I want to cancel both policies.
