There are rodents within the walls of the apartments, they never addressed issues and many others like water leaks in apartments. The rules and policies do not apply to all only the privilege few. My experience with one maintenance worker stole my autistic child's electronics and expensive horse hair paint brushes* another felt he was a comic which gave him liberty spout racial remarks toward me. **However, when reac
