At this point I intend to somehow spread the word not to order from the Bradford exchange. I also intend to contact my attorney about how much compensation I should expect. Gifts that intended for mothers day I had to plan to give them for birthdays instead because of this companies mistake and now I cant give them for birthdays either because of this companies mistakes. Again they have messed for the third time. I paid in full when I placed my order. I expected my order in full and in time. They can not even put a rush on the order that they keep messing up. Therefore I have to wait again for another *-* weeks. Its unacceptable! My order was for my children in honor of my ** year old son that passed away in September of ****. We are still grieving tremendously and this extra stress caused by this incompetent company i
