~reese:I tried for * hours to get a rep to help with a question on my disability form when I did get someone on the phone they argued with me about the form and told me to have my Dr. Fill out... really?? My dr. Is to fill out DE****A that pertains to my wages. When I questioned the rep. He said I told you what you needed you are not listening and hung up on me. Called back after an hour and half of waiting. Another rep. Took my social security number and address and then phone disconnected again... called back and then after another hour phone was answered and then disconnected. I dont need these people to play games with me and I cant believe these are the people we have to deal with to get paid our money. The money we have paid into for years. And I am writing to my district assemblyman over this too. I am fed up.
