I got to a technical person next. with minimal wait as well...but apparently cricket does not have a way to gauge the broadband on-line. I would just have to call back for customer service. I paid for *.* gigs, but at * gigs..my rate of down and upload already starts to suffer..they blew smoke about a fair usage act...that does not seem very fair to me..???but whats new...at least I got the bad news without having to wait too long.. :-) thanks
