~JLieutenis: A company that once set the standard for Customer Support now could easily define the Worst Service available. The collective attitude of agents and staff could be best described as "Yawn." Bad enough they can't think past their prepared script, but in one instance actually lied to me about a delivery. Incredible.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~JLieutenis: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JLieutenis: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JLieutenis: For that I would say one out of five.
