~disgruntled: Only had * of * of my packages make it to my door (All in the same order). They were all marked "delivered to front door". They made me recite all of the tracking numbers just to tell me they were all in separate shipments (which I had already told them), and that it says it was delivered so there is nothing they can do.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~disgruntled: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disgruntled: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disgruntled: For that I would say one out of five.
