I think it is more likely the unemployment office itself causing errors and ignoring documents in order to purposely discourage and prevent benefit payments. *I still work for my employer and have proof I have not quit so why would my employer tell this lie when they have a lot of on-call workers like myself who collect when there is slow business. Its one thing to stop my payments but now I owe ***.** back? But I'm still working on-call for my employer and never quit!!
