~whatever:All they do is take your number and security number and hang up on you. The customer service calls are the worst I have ever experienced from ANY company ever. Nothing is ever solved, makes you wonder why I'm with this company. I'd rather pay extra if it meant I'd get treated with respect. Its not like I live to wait on hold upwards of twenty minutes just to be hung up on. I mean are there any consequences to their actions. Just because its a call center and not face to face contact with the client doesn't mean you can be rude. Its still CUSTOMER SERVICE and i paid my money.
