We're in the information age. Get it together. **** phone support, live chat, something... When I can't pick up the phone and speak to someone at *:** am I get the impression the business doesn't care about me. Do they realize I work during the day? But if you like the rates and can deal with the fact that they're in the stone age technologically, and that you'll have to use your lunch half hour to call them, then this is probably the company for you.
