Basically yes, they do and feel this is a fraudulent claim.*So let me shout it from the roof tops, Please don't go near DIRECT LINE, THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT GIVE THE SUPPORT OR SERVICE YOU THINK YOU HAVE PAID FOR.*I wont ever go with them again and wonder if Mr Fry and Mr Merton know what
