I tried to explain my situation as well as understand what was wrong to answer why I wasn't recieveing benefits yet. She questioned me in remembering things that I clearly would remember receiving money from unemployment....then hung up on me when i explained I wasn't being rude, why was she. I dont know who you hire there but the customer service is horrific. You need a fresh batch of new employees.
