An e-mail attempt was met with a "cannot process this request" reply from them. Meanwhile, I guess this works for the company as the charges go on day after day until you give up, I guess. I prepaid for my subscription, so my refund gets eaten up every day they do not respond. Good program for them. I work for a large corporation, and am sending out an e-mail today telling everyone to stay clear of the Oregonian subscripton scheme.
