GetHuman-kempad:In a nut shell my phone is defective. The local store couldn't or wouldn't fix. Setup warranty replacement and the item came defective. My replacement wouldn't make or receive calls. I worked with two technical guys, one was more happy to sell me another device at discount . **Went to a location, they had no notes about my issue, tried to get me buy a device or add a line. Reactivated my defected original phone. The original store told me to send the replacement back and there was nothing they can do and was irritated I came back to the store.**Call customer service and was transferred twice and had to retell my story each time! At the end they affirmed I can send the defective replacement back with no issue. I would rather keep the original with a bad camera than to repeat this drama. I will not pay for a warranty mommy next device and pay will pay outright for my phones from now on. I am tired of bad expensive service.
