GetHuman-cookie5: Wells Fargo basically *****. Their fraud department locked my on-line account and all I did was look at some past information - didn't even try to move any money! They will not take the block of the account even though have been there TWICE in person with * forms of ID - their fraud department says the bank has to call the fraud department while I'm standing in front of them. This is batsh*t crazy. Moving all monies to BB&T. Wells Fargo evidently is controlled by their fraud department and cannot override the fraud department's stupid "call me while the account holder is in your presence" rule. So done with Wells Fargo.
