~Grateful in Mid_MO: My mantra from now on when talking to a computer will be "Speak with a representative." It worked* I found a human.I had to repeat it *x but eventually robo succumbed to my persistence.

~Grateful in Mid_MO: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
